Soffit & Fascia

Aluminum soffit and fascia is designed to beautify and protect the roof overhang, providing a maintenance-free and energy-efficient overhang system. An aluminum overhang not only provides lasting beauty, but also adds value to your home while preventing heat build-up and moisture accumulation. Aluminum won't split, rot, or warp. The attractive baked-on finish resists peeling, cracking, chipping, and blistering. Aluminum is lightweight, but strong.

Solid Soffit Panels, 3 & 4 Panel
Size: 16" x12'
Color: Available in a variety of colors
Description: Use a combination of solid and vented (perforated) panels. The 12' panels are cut to match the depth or width of your overhang.

Vented Soffit Panels, 3 & 4 Panel
Size: 16" x12'
Color: Available in a variety of colors
Description: Vented panels allow outside air to pass through the roof rafters into the attic. The attic exhaust system completes this important air circulation loop. Adequate ventilation prevents energy loss, peeling paint and rotting wood due to condensation build-up, and lengthens the life of the roof materials. At least one-third of your aluminum overhang soffit panels should be vented panels. The airflow for vented soffit is six square inches per square foot.

Fascia (Front Trim)
Size: 4" x 12', 6" x 12', 8" x 12', 10" x 12'
Color: Available in a variety of colors
Description: Fascia is used to cover the wood trim to which the gutter is attached. If the gutter is not being removed and replaced, the fascia may be slipped under the existing gutter. The size needed is determined by the size of the existing wooden fascia board.

Fascia Runner
Size: 1" x 12'
Color: Available in a variety of colors
Description: Fascia runner is also used as a front trim and would be used instead of fascia when the wooden fascia board does not need to be covered.

J Channel
Size: 1/2" x 12'
Color: Available in a variety of colors
Description: J channel is used to support the overhang panels. Install along the wall of the house by nailing through the long leg of the J channel into the existing wooden overhang or rafters.
